Terms of sale

1. Products and prices

All prices are quoted in United States dollars (USD) per unit of sale. Each item has a minimum order quantity and is sold in multiples of its pack size. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on quantity.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by credit or debit card through a certified payment gateway. Card details are entered directly on the gateway's secure page; PSP International Payments, Inc. does not receive or store card numbers.

3. Shipping

Goods ship from Panama City to anywhere in the world. International freight is calculated from the distance between Panama and the destination city and the order weight, and is shown before payment. The delivery date is an estimate and may vary due to customs procedures.

4. Taxes

Export sales are exempt from ITBMS (Panama sales tax) under Panamanian law. Import duties and taxes at destination, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Invoicing

Every approved purchase generates a sequentially numbered invoice with the shipment tracking number, available to print or download as a PDF.

6. Returns

Claims for damaged or missing goods must be reported to ventas@trazomayor.com within 7 days of delivery.
